Bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation or as required by applicable law. Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled date to qualify for cancellation processing, subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for bookings must be made through our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your account. All prices are displayed in the stated currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel your booking immediately. Failed payments may result in temporary account restrictions.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations by User: Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled experience. Cancellations made within 14 days of the experience are non-refundable. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance, minus any applicable administrative fees, within 7-10 business days.

Cancellations by Stellar Weft: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, illness, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will provide advance notice and offer alternative dates or a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stellar Weft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes informally. If we cannot resolve your complaint within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal action.
